1. Documentation as per the requirements of the customer.

2. Arranging of inspection of cargo at the time of shipment where ever applicable     and also subsequent follow up with them.

3. Handling of all the logistics right from booking the containers, loading  of cargo      into the containers, fumigation as per international  standards and handling of      inland transportation from our factory to  the port.

4. Timely follow up with the shipping line ensuring the cargo is speedily loaded on to      the vessel from load port as well as transit ports.

5. Regular intimation to the customer regarding the whereabouts of their container     and follow up once the container gets de-stuffed at destination.

6. We try to optimize the load on each container so that our buyer can  enjoy      lower freight cost on unit basis.

7. We take all responsibility for any quality issues which might crop up at the      destination port for our customer
